Forty-Four Competitions (1990 -September 2004)

768 Awards: 1,511 Total Participants

  • Seventy-two percent of ATP awards went to single applicants.
  • Twenty-eight percent of ATP awards went to joint ventures.
  • Of the 550 single applicant ATP awardees, 79% went to small businesses.
Of the 218 joint venture ATP awardees, 67% are led by small or medium-sized businesses or other organizations.
