Autumn Auction & Cabaret

The VSA arts of Minnesota September 21st Autumn Auction & Cabaret is now history (THANK YOU to all who attended or contributed)! But you have an opportunity to bid on a number of remaining items from the silent auction.

Treat Yourself to an 'Accessible' Show!

If you don’t have perfect hearing or vision, you might think that you must eliminate theatre, music, dance and spoken word performances from your cultural diet. NOT TRUE! Minnesota performing arts companies and venues offer more "accessible" performances than anywhere in the country. American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters, captioning and assistive listening systems serve people who are Deaf or hard of hearing. Audio description (AD) serves people with vision loss by describing the visual elements of a show (without talking over the dialogue or singing) and reading the program to you. All you have to do is wear an earpiece, and your neighbor won’t even know this service is occurring! VSA arts of Minnesota publicizes these performances on our Theater page. You can also request that a monthly list be e-mailed directly to you – just ASL shows, just captioned shows, just AD shows, or ALL ASL & AD shows. Start to enjoy the performing arts now with your friends and families!

Visual Art Exhibitions

VSA arts of Minnesota exhibits work from artists with disabilities around the metro area! Artworks displayed are for sale. All profits go to the working artist. Read more about our current visual art exhibitions and how to register for such exhibition opportunities.
