Company Certification

The applicant company ("Company") hereby requests authorization for the Company to submit export license applications, reexport authorization requests, notification requests, classification requests and multipurpose reporting requirements to the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) using the Internet. The company understands that an electronic submission has the same legal force and effect as a written submission. The company recognizes that in order to apply for export licenses (as opposed to reexport authorizations, notifications or classification requests), the Company must be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. The Company further understands that each individual authorized to submit requests via the Internet on behalf of the Company will be assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for his or her exclusive use. I also understand that a company identification number will be assigned to the Company for use by all persons authorized to submit electronically for the Company. On behalf of the Company, I have read and understand Section 748.7 of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

The Company agrees that each submission made via the Internet shall constitute a certification that:

a. To the best of its knowledge and belief, all information submitted in accordance with this procedure, including the description of the items and their end-uses or end-users, and any documents in support of Internet submissions, are correct and complete and that they fully and accurately disclose all the terms of such orders and other facts of such transactions on requests;

b. Submissions will conform to the instructions accompanying printed applications and the EAR;

c. The Company will retain records pertaining to these transactions or requests and make such records available as required by Part 762 of the EAR;

d. The Company will report promptly to the Bureau of Industry and Security any material changes in the terms of these orders or other facts or intentions of the export or reexport transactions or classification requests as reflected in these applications and supporting documents, whether the application/request is still under consideration or an authorization has been granted; and

e. If such authorizations are granted, the Company will be strictly accountable for their use in accordance with the EAR and all terms and conditions placed on the authorizations.
