October 2006 amendments are finalized and available on the Vendor Information page. To see all current Requests for Qualified Vendor Applications (RFQVAs), click the "General Information about the Qualified Vendor System" link on the Vendor Information page, click on "Request for Qualified Vendor Application", then click on the RFQVA which applies to the services in your Qualified Vendor Agreement. |

The Division is seeking public comment for revisions to Chapter 900 "Plan Coordination".
New sections include the "Independent Provider Selection Process"; "Vendor Call Process"; "Short Term Emergency Situations"; "Resolution of Emergency Situations"; and "Qualified Vendor Request for Informal Review". Other new sections include "Safety Considerations for Placements" and "School Based Claiming Program". Although policy sections related to Resolution of Emergency Situations and the Vendor Call Process will go into effect September 26, 2008, the Division will accept public comments through October 17, 2008.
