The purpose of the NAFTL Consortium is to provide a forum for the exchange of technical information, conduct studies, and develop industry consensus positions relating to the full range of fire tests, e.g., reaction to fire, fire suppression, fire resistance and fire detection.
Membership
Full and voting membership is open to any accredited North American-based, independent commercial laboratory engaged in fire testing or research. Each company has one designated voting representative and may have one designated alternate representative.
It is intended that the voting representatives be of a level to speak on behalf of their company and commit resources, if necessary.
Associate, non-voting, membership is open to any North American-based government or university laboratory actively engaged in fire testing or research.
