Revised CDER Training Materials for Regional Centers
The Client Development and Evaluation Report (CDER) has been revised to improve our ability to collect data that is accurate, useful and relevant. Implementation of the revised CDER at the regional centers and developmental centers will be scheduled following modifications to the existing IT Systems. Use the links below to download the revised CDER as well as the training resources that have been developed for regional centers to prepare for the transition to these new documents.
