Council Description
The EMSA committee was created in Oct 2002 after the terrorism attack of 9/11. The committee pursues a positive approach to continuous quality improvement, attempting to focus on positive results by developing polices and procedures. The committee also improves communication among various entities throughout Waseca County that may be involved in major incidents.
