Council Description
The Ramsey County Sheriff's Department will be graduating 100 CERT members by the end of 2005. The sheriff's Department, along with Ramsey County Emergency Management, Allina ambulance Operations, and the Lake Johanna Fire Department provide the training for our team members. The Sheriff's Department Volunteers In Public Safety Unit oversees the CERT training. We are currently training persons such as Neighborhood Block Captains, Manufactured Homes owners/ managers, and local business employees.
