Errata

The original electronic version of this report contained an error in Table 3.C3—The Hospital Insurance tax amounts for the total, employer, and employee contributions for 2005 were incorrect; the correct data are 182,565 (total hospital insurance amount), 80,159 (employer hospital insurance amount), and 80,159 (employee hospital insurance amount) and have been corrected in the electronic version of this report.
