Council Description
The Round Valley Citizens Corps Council (RVCCC) shall implement its purpose by providing assistance, guidance and support to the local communities in implementing recognized Citizens Corps programs included but not limited to: The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)Program, The Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS) Program, The Neighborhood Block Watch Program and Fire Corps Program.
