If you have problems....

First make sure your are using the Acrobat Reader version 3.0 or later applicable for your operating system. There is a 32bit reader for Windows 98, 95 and NT. There is a separate 16bit reader for Windows 3.x.

NOTE: You will get better performance by using a computer with a 32bit Operating system to access the files in this Library.

  1. I receive a warning message from Erol's when I click on a link within one of the PDF documents. What is wrong?
  2. I receive a message "invalid file specification" when clicking on a link within one of the PDF documents. What is wrong?
  3. How do I download a PDF file to my hard drive from Netscape?
  4. How do I download a PDF file to my hard drive from Microsoft Internet Explorer?

A: Be sure you know which operating system you are using and what web browser you are using along with the version of the browser (look under the help menu for an item "about Netscape" or "about Internet Explorer" for the version number). Then look below for your operating system and browser.

A: Follow these directions:

  1. Right-click the link to a PDF file

  2. Choose Save Link As from the pop-up menu.

  3. In the Save As dialog box, select a location on your hard drive

  4. Click Save.

A: Follow these directions:

  1. Right-click the link to a PDF file

  2. Choose Save As from the pop-up menu.
