Program Information Notice 07-10: Technical Amendments to Policy Information Notice 97-20

This Program Information Notice (PIN) announces technical revisions to PIN 97-20: Loan Guarantee Program for Facility Projects which describes the HRSA Facility Loan Guarantee Program application process through which health centers may obtain a loan guarantee for the financing of medical facility construction, renovation, and modernization. The following technical amendments to PIN 97-20 are effective immediately:

  • Contact Information. All inquiries regarding program requirements and application process for the HRSA Loan Guarantee Program should be directed to Ms. Marie Legaspi at 301-594-4319 or MLegaspi@hrsa.gov.

  • Section V. Application Review Process Summary of PIN 97-20. The new address for all submissions (applications, inquiries, etc.) is:

  • Origination Fee. Section IV of PIN 97-20 is amended to delete the reference to an origination fee. It has not been program practice to impose such a fee on applicants under the Loan Guarantee Program and no origination fee will be collected as part of the Loan Guarantee Program.
