Council Description
The Skagit County Citizen Corps Council was established by the Board of Skagit County Commissioners on December 6, 2004. The council is comprised of at least one person representing each of the following groups and organisations: the religious community with Skagit County; the Hispanic community within Skagit County; the Skagit County Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program; Skagit County Government; the Skagit County Health Department; the Skagit County Sheriff's Office; the Skagit County Department of Emergency Management; municipal police; fire service; and local schools.
