HYSPLIT registration is ONLY required to use HYSPLIT on the web with forecast meteorological data, the gaussian plume model, or to
download the registered version of HYSPLIT for the PC and Apple. Please do not register if
you will only be using archive data with HYSPLIT (i.e., no forecast data), instead use the following link to access
the archive HYSPLIT webpage....

To become a registered HYSPLIT user you must have a formal
affiliation with one of the following institutions engaged in atmospheric
sciences or in the provision of atmospheric operational products, and
whose credentials we can verify: government, commercial,
eductional, or non-profit.
