Chief Human Capital Officer Academy
The Chief Human Capital Officers Academy was established as a forum for members of the Chief Human Capital Officers Council to discuss Federal human resources issues, learn from one another in an informal setting, and share best practices in the strategic management of human capital. Academy sessions, open to CHCO Council members only, are scheduled throughout the year on the third Thursday of the month at the Office of Personnel Management.
