Abstract: : For the first time in the history of this epidemic in the U.S., the impact of HIV/AIDS in Latino and Hispanic communities will be presented in a national scale with over 175 representatives from community based organizations, health departments, direct service providers, researchers, advocates, people living with HIV/AIDS, public health experts, and elected officials.
