If you got a letter that said you would be getting a refund, you should have received your refund by mid to late November. If you did not receive your refund by the end of November, please call us toll-free at 1-800-772-1213 or your local Social Security office. If you are deaf or hard of hearing you can call our TTY number, 1-800-325-0778.
