The California Parent Locator Service (CPLS) offers authorized child support enforcement agencies access to state and federal information sources when address or employer data is needed.  The data from these state and federal agencies aid caseworkers in:

• Establishing paternity
• Establishing and enforcing child support orders
• Establishing and enforcing medical support orders
• Reviewing and adjusting child support orders
• Collecting and distributing child support payments
