Goal:
Establish and implement a data distribution
and communication protocol to share monthly
data with health centers, cluster and national
steering committees and partners. The protocol
should include a monthly conference call schedule
for cluster steering committee
Goal: Develop and implement
a national marketing strategy for the collaboratives.
Performance Expectations:
PCA and CN and NACHC

Establish a quarterly Health Disparities Newsletter
to communicate national and cluster activities
to health centers and NHSC sites, and external
partners.

Provide assistance to health centers and PCAs
on utilizing the NACHC and NDEP Media Kits.

Develop a web-based communications strategy
as part of the overall cluster and national
strategy.

Leverage current telecommunication networks
at the State or regional level.
In support of these National Goals,
BPHC and IHI plan to:

Publish "change concept" directory
for each collaborative, both in print and
web-based.

In partnership with NACHC, establish national
web site for the health disparities collaboratives.

In partnership with NACHC, develop training
and marketing video.
