The Office of Internal Review is responsible for coordinating and conducting the Departmentwide review and analysis of the Department's uncosted balances. This includes developing applicable policies and and producing information for Departmental and Congressional decision making. • FY 2006 Congressional Report on Carryover Balances The Energy Policy Act requires the Department of Energy to report annually on its carryover balances. This is the fifteenth annual submission of that report.

• October 23, 2006 Call for the Analysis of FY 2006 Uncosted Balances This memorandum transmits the "Guidance for the Review of Uncosted Balances for Fiscal Year (FY) 2006," issued by Jim Campbell. This memorandum should be used in preparing 2006 uncosted data.

• FY 2005 Congressional Report on Carryover Balances The Energy Policy Act requires the Department of Energy to report annually on its carryover balances. This is the fourteenth annual submission of that report.

• FY 2004 Congressional Report On Carryover Balances The Energy Policy Act requires the Department of Energy to report annually on its carryover balances. This is the thirteenth annual submission of that report.

• August 13, 2004 Call for the Analysis of FY 2004 Uncosted Balances This memorandum transmits the "Guidance for the Review of Uncosted Balances for Fiscal Year (FY) 2004," issued by Kyle McSlarrow, should be used in preparing 2004 uncosted data.

• FY 2003 Congressional Report On Carryover Balances The Energy Policy Act requires the Department of Energy to report annually on its carryover balances. This is the twelfth annual submission of that report.

• FY 2002 Congressional Report On Carryover Balances The Energy Policy Act requires the Department of Energy to report annually on its carryover balances. This is the eleventh annual submission of that report.

• FY 2001 Congressional Report On Carryover Balances The Energy Policy Act requires the Department of Energy to report annually on its carryover balances. This is the tenth annual submission of that report.

• FY 2000 Congressional Report On Carryover Balances The Energy Policy Act requires the Department of Energy to report annually on its carryover balances. This is the ninth annual submission of that report.

• FY 1999 Congressional Report on Carryover Balances and Supporting Charts/AttachmentsThe Energy Policy Act requires the Department of Energy to report annually on its carryover balances. This is the eighth annual submission of that report. (Please print both files for a complete report)
