CM/ECF CASE MANAGEMENT ELECTRONIC CASE FILING

As of June 1, 2008, CM-ECF filing will be mandatory for attorneys, with limited exceptions. Attorneys who have not already registered with PACER to file documents electronically should do so now using the "Registration" link below. The court encourages attorneys to review the step-by-step instructions on this page for commonly-docketed events and log-in to the training database, where they can practice filing, using fictional cases.
