Business Travel Accident insurance covers accidental death or dismemberment of Lab employees traveling on official LANS business or while engaged in designated hazardous activities on behalf of LANS.
If you are eligible, you will be covered 24 hours/day, worldwide, up to $100,000 or, if you're a senior manager, $250,000. This coverage is in addition to other insurance you may have at the time of the accident.

In addition to covering regular Lab business travel, this insurance provides coverage if you participate in certain hazardous activities on behalf of LANS. Activities include hazardous spills clean-up, seismology and wave studies, and structural inspection.
