HR-Systems, MS P293.

Contract vendors will prepare award certificates and individual checks.

Note: Notification of the award MUST NOT take place until the check has been processed.

Awards

Maximum Award Amounts

Organizations will be notified of their allocation, which is based on .1% of the total contract-worker payroll by Division/Program. Cost of the Award will be recharged to the approving organization and may include contract vendor markup.

CAP Award Presentation Process

Contract vendors will provide the award checks and certificates. CAP awards may be presented at any time during the year.
