The purpose of this document
is to provide detailed instructions to help
grantees submit Change in Scope (CIS) requests
electronically to BPHC through HRSA
Electronic Handbooks (EHBs). The document is
intended to be the comprehensive source of all
information related to the electronic processes
that BPHC and its Health Center program grantees
have to follow and will be updated periodically.
This document is not meant to replace the Policy
Information Notice (PIN) document for CIS requests
and grantees are directed to follow the PIN
for all programmatic questions.
