  Photograph of Kellie Beall   Mrs. Beall began her career at NIST in 1990 in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award office as a clerk. She quickly moved on to group secretary in the Computer Systems Laboratory in 1991, and then joined BFRL in 1995 as the Division Secretary to the Fire Science Division, where she remained until January, 2000.

Currently, Mrs. Beall serves as Information Specialist to the laboratory, assisting in the design, production and maintenance of BFRL's internal and external web sites. She also serves as a PC support contact for BFRL staff and works with the design and production of several biennial publications.

In addition to the academic training she has received in Information Technology at Montgomery College, which includes Systems Analysis and Design, Technical Writing, and Desktop Publishing; she has also completed computer training courses in HTML, Access, FrontPage, and Photoshop. She has also earned Professional Certifications in both Web Development and PC Service and Support through Learning Tree International. Prior to joining the NIST staff, Mrs. Beall worked in the printing and graphics field, utilizing and building her knowledge of photography, page layout, editing, and project management.
