Environmental reviews and documents are produced in accordance with the
National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), the National Historic
Preservation Act of 1966 (NHPA), and other legal guidance. For an overview of

Adobe Portable Document File (PDF) files, which require use of the
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.
