When a LANS employee dies, the survivor(s) may be eligible for death benefits. (Survivors can include family members and/or beneficiaries.)
After the employee's death, the survivor(s) must notify the Lab's Benefits Office at 667-1806 as soon as possible. To help determine any available benefits, the following information will be requested:

The Benefits Office will use this information to ensure any benefits available to the survivor(s) are processed quickly and accurately.
