| Administration | Manage key resources including facilities, finances, embassy operations, physical resources, logistics and human resources. |
| Construction Engineering |
Monitor and oversee contract work for new construction and renovation of existing properties. |
| Information Technology | Install, operate and manage information technology infrastructure including PC networks and telecommunications systems. |
| English Language Programs, Information Resource Centers, and Printing |
Oversee international programs on English language teaching, Information Resource Centers (libraries), or printing. |
| Medical and Health | Provide health care services including community health, primary care, laboratory and psychiatric services. |
| Office Management Specialist | Support office functions through general office management, visitor support, and administrative support. |
| Security | Provide security services including document delivery, security systems design and support, protection, investigations and law enforcement. |
