Employee/Employer Decision Support

Decision Innovations has designed a sophisticated decision-support web application to help consumers choose health plans and other benefits. It empowers consumers by offering them the opportunity to select attributes of benefits that are of particular importance to themselves and their families, to rate those benefits, and then to make trade-off decisions between plan features, costs, and satisfaction scores. The system then correlates their preferences to actual plans offered by their employers. It also allows employees and consumers to search for providers online, link to plan web sites or employer sites, and look up additional information on their benefit plans.
