The Committee on Pattern Jury Instructions of the District Judges Association of the Sixth Circuit produced this edition of jury instructions for use in criminal cases. This supersedes the 1991 edition.

UPDATES TO 2005 EDITION

 
The Committee modified the provisions listed below after the publication of the 2005 edition of the manual. As of the date indicated, the instructions posted on the website include these changes. The list of changes can be viewed here:
