ALS Publications

Report Your Publications

ALS users are asked to report any publications (in journals, conference proceedings, books, nonrefereed publications, theses, and patents) based on work they performed, in whole or in part, at the ALS. Please use the online publications submission form. ALS staff members should also report their publications, including general ALS publications.

Search Our Publications Database

From the publication search page, you can search our database of user and staff publications. This is the best way to determine whether or not we already have a submission for a particular publication.

Available ALS Publications

  1. General ALS Publications
These include the Compendium of User Abstracts and Technical Reports (1997-2001), the Activity Report, other reports, brochures, safety information, general data sheets, and the Beamline Design Guide.

  2. ALS Viewgraphs
A selection of commonly requested viewgraphs available as PDF files. (Available on line only.)

  3. User Advisories
User Advisories are short information sheets on issues concerning users of the ALS.

  4. Images of the ALS
Downloadable images of the ALS facility, equipment, and staff, hosted on the lightsources.org Web site.
