Presidential Award Bestowed

Marsh, Ph.D., Acting Director of SAMHSA’s Office of Applied Studies, was among the honorees on September 28, when President Bush announced the winners of the 2007 Presidential Rank Awards. Ms. Marsh received a Meritorious Rank Award for sustained accomplishment in her field.

These awards are given to a very select group of career civil service executives whose integrity, strength, and leadership have earned them one of the most prestigious honors in Government. Recipients are selected after nomination by their Agency. End of Article
