Scott has been newly appointed as the Region II Associate Regional Director-Programs in January 2005. He has been with NCUA for 15 years, initially as a field examiner in Washington DC, and has subsequently held the positions of Supervision Analyst, Director of Insurance, and Associate Regional Director-Operations in Region II. He has also served in the Central Office as a Senior Investment Officer in the Office of Capital Markets and Planning. Scott earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his MBA at the George Mason University in Virginia. He is a CPA and CFA charter holder.
