The Seventh Circuit Council has authorized promulgation of pattern jury instructions on two more topics: Patent Law and the Federal Employers Liability Act.

The Seventh Circuit Pattern Civil Jury Instructions Committee posts these proposed pattern civil jury instructions covering the Family Medical Leave Act(FMLA) for public comment.
