EDGAR Search: Mutual Fund Proxy Voting

This search retrieves annual reports of proxy voting records (also known as "N-PX" filings) for mutual funds and other registered management investment companies.

Please understand that mutual fund companies often include information about several different funds in a single N-PX filing.  For example, information about the "XYZ S&P 500 Index Fund" might appear in the report for "XYZ Index Funds."  Some mutual fund companies, however, file a separate report for each fund.

To find a fund's annual report of its proxy voting record, enter at least 5 - but no more than 20 - characters of the mutual fund company's name (otherwise you risk getting no hits!):

If your search results don't list the exact name of the fund you're seeking, remember that the fund's proxy voting record may be part of a Form N-PX that includes information about several different funds. Scan the list for the most logical name, check each report to see whether it covers the fund you're researching, or contact the fund to find out the name under which its filing has been made.
