Judge Rodney Webb 1935-2009  Judge Rodney Webb of the U.S. District Court of North Dakota passed away on Sunday, August 9th. He served on the federal bench for 22 years. Read more about Judge Webb at his FJC bio.
Chief Standing Bear Celebration
This year marks the 130th anniversary of the Chief Standing Bear Trial in which the court ruled that American Indians "are persons within the meaning of the law." The Library has created a traveling display on this subject. This display is currenty located in our Kansas City Library.
