White House Conference on Social Security
On December 8th and 9th 1998 the White House sponsored the first-ever "White House Conference on Social Security." The two-day event was held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. President Clinton addressed the Conference, and invited guests submitted two-page statements of their proposals for Social Security, which were published in a book of Conference Statements.
