Recovery Author Anne Fletcher On the Road During Recovery Month

Anne Fletcher Book Cover

Anne Fletcher, an award-winning medical journalist, knew she had a drinking problem and, after years of struggling and much effort, she stopped drinking altogether. She wrote her book, Sober for Good, to help other people suffering from drinking problems understand that drinking doesn't always have to be excessive to cause a problem and that recovery can take various forms.

Sober for Good describes the different strategies that 222 men and women used to stop abusing alcohol and regain control of their lives, successfully remaining sober for at least 5 years. The book explores the many options, including support groups and treatment programs, that are available for persons in need of recovery.

Sober for Good, which has made several national bestseller lists, is available in hardcover, paperback, and audio at local retailers and online. Ms. Fletcher also offers six seminars that focus on sobriety. Visit http://www.annemfletcher.com/ for more information about Ms. Fletcher, her books, and her seminars.
