    High Cholesterol (Hyperlipidemia)

    This study is for people with high cholesterol who either have coronary heart disease or are at risk for it. To qualify, you must be 18 or older and otherwise healthy. The study will last about 18 weeks, and approximately seven clinic visits are required.

    Weight Loss

    This study will evaluate an investigational drug for weight loss. To qualify, you must be aged 18 to 70, overweight, and otherwise healthy.

    Menopause

    This study will compare an investigational non-hormonal medication to estrogen or placebo to treat menopausal symptoms. To participate, you must be menopausal, have had no menstrual period for at least 12 months, and not be taking any hormonal medication.
