Chapter 8: Zoning Commission for the District of Columbia

8.1 Delegation. The Director has been authorized as a member of the Zoning Commission for the District of Columbia by the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act (Public Law 93-198, approved December 24, 1973, 87 Stat. 774).

8.2 Redelegation. This authority may be redelegated to the Regional Director, National Capital Region, National Park Service, and, in turn, to the Associate Regional Director, Land Use Coordination, National Capital Region, National Park Service, and may not be further redelegated.
