11.1 Delegations. In addition to the delegations contained in 212 DM 1, the Director, Office of Acquisition and Property Management, is delegated, through the Deputy Assistant Secretary - Budget and Finance and the Director of Administration/Senior Procurement Executive, the authorities described below.
11.2 Property Management Determinations.
A. The Director is authorized, without power of redelegation, to make certain property management determinations and approvals as required by the Federal Property Management Regulation (FPMR), 41 CFR 101, and as provided for in the Interior Property Management Directives (IPMD).
B. The Director is authorized, with power of redelegation, to issue unpublished Departmentwide internal guidance under the Department of the Interior Property Management Directives (IPMD), 400 DM, 410 DM, and 412 DM; including Personal Property, Real Property, and Energy Conservation Releases.
11.3 Procurement Determinations.
A. The Director is authorized, with power of redelegation, to issue unpublished Departmentwide internal guidance under the Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) system in accordance with 401 DM 1.4B.
B. The Director is authorized, in accordance with applicable provisions of the DIAR, to make certain determinations and approvals as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulation and implemented in the DIAR.
