12.1 Delegation. The Commissioner, Bureau of Reclamation, (Reclamation) is delegated the Secretary
=s authority under Section 403 of the Tribal Self-Governance Act of 1994 (Act) (Title IV of P.L. 93-638, as amended by Title II of P.L. 103-413, 108 Stat. 4250 (October 25, 1994)) to enter into Annual Funding Agreements with tribes to accomplish work otherwise authorized to Reclamation.12.2 Limitations.
A. Decisions by the Reclamation Commissioner under Section 403(i)(2)(B) of the Act are not final for the Department.
B. Any contract or proposed studies awarded pursuant to the Act must be reviewed by the Office of the Solicitor.
