1. General. Subject to the limitations in 200 DM 1, the Director, Office of Budget, is authorized to exercise the authority of the Assistant Secretary - Policy, Management and Budget necessary to perform the functions described for the Office in 112 DM 2.
2. Administrative Authorities. Administrative authorities described in the following Departmental Manual chapters and/or paragraphs, which are delegated to the Assistant Secretary - Policy, Management and Budget, are hereby redelegated to the Director, Office of Budget. The same limitations prescribed in the following delegations apply to this redelegation:
A. 205 DM 2 - Attendance at Meetings and Acceptance of Contributions.
B. 205 DM 5.3 - Library Books, Subscriptions and Memberships.
C. 205 DM 5.4 - Long Distance Telephone Calls.
D. 205 DM 6.2 - Certification of Time and Attendance Reports.
E. 205 DM 15 - Travel and Transportation.
3. Redelegations. Except where redelegation is prohibited by statute, Executive Order, or limitations established by other competent authority, the authorities delegated in this Chapter may be redelegated.
