11.1 Delegation. The Commissioner of Reclamation is delegated authority to issue rules in Title 43, Subtitle B, Chapter I of the Code of Federal Regulations to implement the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982, title II, P.L. 97-293, 96 Stat. 1263, and the Reclamation Act of 1902, as amended and supplemented, 32 Stat. 388 (43 Stat. 371 et seq.).
11.2 Limitation. The authority delegated in this chapter may not be redelegated.
