Chapter 4: River Basin Commissions

4.1 Delaware River Basin Commission. The Assistant Secretary - Policy, Budget and Administration is hereby authorized to exercise the authority of the Secretary of the Interior related to the payment of expenses of the Delaware River Basin Commission, as authorized by Public Law 87-328; 75 Stat. 706, 707. This authority includes the transfer of funds related to the Federal share of the expenses of the Commission.

4.2 Susquehanna River Basin Commission. The Assistant Secretary - Policy, Budget, and Administration is hereby authorized to exercise the authority of the Secretary of the Interior related to the payment of expenses of the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, as authorized by Public Law 91-575; 84 Stat. 1530, 1531. This authority includes the transfer of funds related to the Federal share of the expenses of the Commission.
