Thank you for your concern for clean air. By reporting a smoking vehicle you are helping to eliminate unhealthy particles of exhaust smoke from the air we breathe. You may report smoking vehicles with California license plates seen in these nine San Francisco Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma.
