Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD)
If you are 18 to 65, have nighttime heartburn with GERD-associated sleep disturbance, have been diagnosed with esophageal erosions for at least six months, and are willing to have screening procedures that may include endoscopy, you may qualify for this study.

Multiple Sclerosis
If you have relapsing MS, have a screening EDSS score below 6.0, have had at least one clinical relapse in the past 12 months, and have failed beta-interferon treatment, you may qualify for this study.
