Cardiovascular Abnormalities
This study will evaluate the nature and frequency of serious adverse events that occur up to 24 hours after completion of Definity medical imaging. The study is open to people 18 and older.

Gynecological Infections
Women 18 and older diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis or vulvovaginal candidiasis infections may be eligible for this study.

Down Syndrome
This study will evaluate the use of donepezil hydrochloride (Aricept) in children with trisomy 21 down syndrome. Candidates aged 10 to 17 may qualify if they have mild-to-moderate cognitive dysfunction, reside in the community with a caregiver, have no unstable health conditions, are able to submit to blood tests, and are on stable doses of medication.
