Insomnia
This national study is evaluating an investigational use for an approved prescription sleep medication. To qualify, you must have been treated for insomnia for at least three months, currently using Ambien at least four nights per week, and must be willing to discontinue Ambien. Study related medical exams, laboratory tests and study medication are provided at no cost. Participants will be compensated for time and travel.
The research site is in Redlands, Calif.

Asthma
During this 48-week study, asthmatics who use Advair 50/250 will add Xolair to their medication regimen. Participants must be aged 12 to 75, and currently using Advair 50/250.

Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2
This study will evaluate an investigational oral drug for type 2 diabetes. Candidates must be aged 18 to 80, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and must have made recent lifestyle modifications or been on a metformin-based medication for at least eight weeks before screening. Participants will receive study related care, exams and study drug at no cost, and will be reimbursed for time and travel.
The research site is in Fountain Valley, Calif.
