Question

Our Information Specialists received a phone inquiry for an assistant researcher at a health care center who had a last minute project about health practices and culture in Cambodia, with the purpose of improving the cultural competency of her staff.

Answer

Hello,

Thank you for contacting The Office of Minority Health Resource Center.

I have a compiled three lists to assist you with your last minute project in understanding Cambodian health and culture. I have a gathered a list of health materials written in Cambodian; a list of information explaining Cambodian culture, beliefs, health concerns and health practices; and finally a list of health statistics focusing on Cambodian health. I do hope this will work for your project. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

Thank you.
